Can't get into Product Keys

Is the MSDN site having problems? I can get logged into the MSDN home page,
but can't get into Product Keys. Anybody?

ASP.NET - Calendar popup - how to return selected date back to parent

Have a Treo 700w and downloaded Microsoft Active Sync. I have tried every
which way to get the two to sync but my laptop never ever recognizes the Treo
is even connected. I have opened ports, removed active sync several times,
