Stock problem

This is for PetShop 3.0 ...
When i have only one item in stock and two clients that both buy that item
at the same time and complete the order, I get -1 on the stock for that
product.. how can i improve this design ?? so just one client can get the
order complete and the other get an alert with an of out of ...

Error opening Duwamish web\default.aspx with VS.NET 2003

I just installed Duwamish 7.0 VB. Seems to work fine.
But when I try to open web\default.aspx in VS.NET 2003, I get the message:
