Junk Filter

I've recently moved from Office (Outlook) 2007 to Entourage 2008 and thus
embraced Mac. So far so good, but one thing that is bugging me is that the
Entourage Junk filter doesn't catch about 90% of the junk I get. Outlook
2007 got most of it....any suggestions? I've changed the junk filter to
"High" -- i.e. Catc ...

Hi NG,
is there a setting in entourage to send a new e-mail not immediately? First
it should be saved in the "outbox" folder. Later, when the user presses the
button send/receive it should be dispatched. Is there a way to do this?

Birthday entry keeps giving wrong dates

Hi,
When I inserted a date in the birthday field of the contact, it keeps giving
me wrong date interpretation.
For example, I inserted "29 august 1990",
and it changed the info into "Sun, Nov 4, 2007"
Why is that so? And how can this bug be fixed???

I have just recently purchased a MacBook Air, and am finally after 24 years
of dedicated PC dependency.
Now I am using Entourage for my emails and I keep running into BRICK WALLS.
I cant sync my Blackberry due to an error that I cannot solve... Even

a little time researching this and didn't see any other articles online
which showed how to do this.
You can rebuild the Entourage database via AppleScript with the following

Odd inbox behavior with Entourage 2008 12.1

But recently my default account has been splitting up new messages into it's
own Email In Box and the "On My Computer" In Box.

Internet links fail

The internet links in my incoming mail (advertisements, etc.) have stopped
working. The appropriate box in my Preferences is checked and I have an

newsgroup list

Hi all,
I am trying to use entourage to use my university's newsgroups (most of
which require authentication), but entourage only seems able to "see" those
groups that do not require authentication.
What's more intriguing that it can only see those open newsgroups when I put
my user and (correct) password!
