Entourage Syncing with Palm OS

I've been having (unending) problems when syncing my Entourage data
with data on my Treo 650 using MarkSpace Missing Sync for the Mac.
Trouble shooting the problem via the MissingSync user group suggest
that the problem lies with Entourage.
For example, I've got 7 (same) categories set up on the Treo for Eve ...

error -3176 :: issues with setting an outgoing server.

Every time I attempt to "send & receive", I get the "error -3176
Entourage Cannot Find the Server"
Said server is verizon: smtp.outgoing.verizon.net
This should not be an issue.
There must be some old SMTP that is somehow overwriting or intercepting
the new Outgoing server I have repeatedly attempted to set ...

Scrambled Text?

I've only just installed Entourage and its been fine for a few days but
now all my text in the bar to the left, inbox, sent etc is all
gobbletygook! (numbers, codes etc.) I can send and receive emails no
problem i just can't read any of the text! Does anyone know what the
problem could be??

One of my users has brought me an Entourage problem I can't puzzle out.
He's using Entourage 11.2.1 and his email comes from an Exchange
Server. When he receives new mail, some of it goes to the Inboxd of his
Exchange account and some of it goes to his Inbox under Folders on My

How nice is entourage?

Is it nicer than Mail or Eudora? I am using Office for Win XP and am very
impressed. Hopefully I will win the ebay auction for the standard edition
upgrade from Office 98.
Eudora was nice in its day, but that day was many years ago.
