Error message 4362

Out of the blue, my Entourage is acting up.
I couldnt open a message, then it disappeared.
Then I got the error message #4362, couldnt complete operation or
something.
While looking around for the bug, a message from the MS news server showed
up in my in box.
If I deleted that message, went to the deleted folde ...

Pros/cons Mac mail versus Entourage for New Mac user

Has anyone some trenchant thoughts and observations (or a link to where
same are given) on the pros and cons of using Mac OSX's auto-installed
Mail program versus Entourage (which came with my Microsoft Office)? I
know that the latter is like Outlook for PCs and has lots of added
capabilities beyond email use ...

Mail list as attachment not working

A user attached several mail lists from his contacts in Outlook on Windows
and mailed them to a bunch of people. All of the recipients who use Outlook
in Windows were able to read the attached mail list item with no trouble.
None of the Mac Entourage users however can read the attachments. I tried

Hidden keyboard shortcuts causing problems

Folks,
When I'm typing away, suddenly for some reason Entourage moves the cursor a
few paragraphs up from where I was typing in text, thus messing up my
typing. Is a keyboard shortcut being activated as a result of me pressing
certain key combinations by mistake and if so, how do I disable that
shortcut?

I can enter my signature info but cannot get it to show up whenever I
open a new message to be sent out. What am I doing wrong? Also, my
preferences got wiped out, are my contacts and orevious email from
sent, in, etc. boxes lost forver? If not, how do I retrieve the info?
