Entourage -> AddressBook sync failure

Since this seems to be the only place to get tech support, I need some
help troubleshooting why Entourage will not sync anything with
AddressBook (despite the preference being turned on in Entourage). It
syncs fine with iCal and send my contacts to my .Mac account with no

WARNING: MAJOR PROBLEM SYNCING PALM TREO TO ENTOURAGE

I experienced a MAJOR failure of the Entourage conduit tonight that I
want to share so it does not happen to anyone else. The lesson that I
learned from this nightmare is to BACK-UP my Entourage data regularly
(which I had never thought of doing--stupid me--and now I'm paying the

Unable to import data from old G4 to new iBook

I selected File/import/Import information from a program/Microsoft
Entourage 2001 (**since ME2001 seemed like the only logical choice**)
and then selected all information; messages, contacts, accounts, etc.
"Looking for applications" displays briefly and then I get a message

Not able to sync with Address Book

Installed the new update on a MacBook Pro running the very latest OS X
10.4 version. I am able to see all my calendar items in iCal and those
sync back and forth. However, the problem is with Address Book.
Nothing every syncs either direction for Address Book. My contacts do
sync just fine from Entourage to ...

Entourage print view "work week"

I am a long time Outlook user, who switched (happily) over to Entourage
2004. My one complaint is that I cannot print the "work week" view,
the one where the times runs along the left hand margin, the days along
the top and all appointments are visible at their scheduled times of
