When it says "To:" and then lists the email addresses of people it was sent
to, on the 2nd line it has ... After the last email address How do I see the
rest of them?

Is there a way to prevent the same set of catorgies being added again after
deleting them? Categories like Business and Personal keep coming back, no
matter how often I remove them from my list

Reply All -- don't want my address included

When I hit "Reply All" to a message that has my address either in the "To"
or the "cc" field, my address is being included in my "Reply All" message.
This wasn't always the case and I checked my Preferences with a co-worker
and the preferences seem to be the same, yet this isnt happening with her.

Entourage and Address Book Sync

Hi I've set up my Entourage to Sync with both Address Book and ICAL however
it doesn't work!? It seems like it syncs, however it doesn't carry the
birthdays over, and sometimes it doubles up my contacts. Has anyone else
had problems with it not sync'ng correctly? Does anyone know how I can fix
this? Thanks ...

Migrating from Mail to Entourage

1. Th application asks me for my password EVERY time I 'send and
receive' even though I have checked the box 'save password in my Mac OS
