Default email address changed?

Somehow, many (all?) of my contacts that have multiple email addresses have
had the default address swapped (i.e. the non-default mail address becomes
default). I suspect two causes: 1) An office upgrade. 2) Synching with my
blackberry.
Regardless, I'd like to be able to even find all contacts with multiple

Some HTML formatted messages displayed as text since 10.3.2

I'm administrating many different Macs with Entourage 2004 and (it seems to
me since Update 10.3.2 or 10.3.3) they all experience problems displaying
our server generated HTML formatted messages. Nothing has been changed on
the server generating the messages, also all other Mailclients (Outlook Win,
Mail Mac, Web ...

any way to delete all events in calendar?

We sync'd calendar from pocketpc to the calendar. We did not realize
that time zone was incorrect on our mac. Now we have 5 years of events
with wrong times. Correcting time zone value did not modify the times.
Is there any way to delete the calendar, or all events in it.

To Enterouge or not to Enterouge?

My wife just got an iMac with Office for the Mac. Her laptop is a
Windows machine with Office, where she used Outlook for her mail.
The Apple guys copied her e-mail to Enterouge and to the Apple mail
program, and she has been using the Apple mail program for a week.
What would she gain by switching to ...

Switched from Mac Soup to Entourage

I just did this because MacSoup has no spell check capability.
I remember from my OS9 days that Entourage has a nasty habit of posting your
real email address and other info to the newsgroups to get picked up by
spammers.
How do you avoid this? And can you make a particular newsgroup inactive like
MacSoup ...

Entourage IMAP Error: -17997 <<< Emails missing from 'SENT

For the past week, I have been getting a strange error in Entourage: Error
-17997. According to the few posts I have seen, this is an internal
Entourage error called "kAthenaBadDataErr".
I have IMAP running on my OS X 10.4 Mail Server and I access it from

Notes in Entourage

How can I set my entourage contact view so that I can see all text inside my
notes? I can do this with outlook. There is more than enough room, but it
just shows one line and then everthing else is cut off. In order to view
what I have in my notes, I have to open up the contact and then go to

Hi,
I have problems since I updated Entourage when I forward e-mails with
attachments.
I have a message saying that the attachment is open (which is not) then when
I persist, the e-mail is send but the receiver can open the attachment but
it's blank or with signs on it...

Entourage & multiple outgoing mail servers

Does anyone know how to set up multiple outgoing mail servers within
entourage? For example, at home, I use smtp.west.cox.net but at school I
use another one. Is it possible for entourage to automatically select the
correct one without me having to manually change each time I change
locations?
