Difference in receiving and sending an email

Fellows,
I'm a newbie and would like to ask two questions.
My first problem is that there is a big difference between receiving
and sending an email.
The emails I receive are "perfect": layout, text, pictures, all are
o.k.
But when I try to send this email to someone else, the layout

Hello knowledgeable entourage users,
I have been wanting to learn how to create links in an email using
entourage. I find if I type in a web address and I am in HTML sometimes it
goes through the email to the receiver as an active link, sometimes it does

I keep getting the following error message, and I am pretty close to
throwing my MacBook out of the window.
UID COPY failed: Message copy failed: Cannot exceed the user or group
quota.
Any help would be great.

I/O Error on Huge database file

My Entourage database file has gotten gigantic: over 6GB!
Ive tried to compress/repair using the Database Utility (hold down Option
and click on Entourage icon), but always get am I/O error.
I have tried repairing the drive using Disk Utility, but get No repairs
needed.
Anyone have any ideas?

Conversion of Outlook 2003 to Entourage 2004

I'm a new Mac user and want to switch my Windows Outlook 2003 PST file over
and convert it for use in Entourage.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to encounter this. Is there an easy

Sending Zip files

When I try to send a zip file as an attachment I get a error message saying
I should install Aladin Stuffit software to enable this feature.
Any idea what this is all about?
I am using a MacPro, 17 inch lap top.
