I'm exchanging formatted (HTML) emails with a complete non-tekkie, and I'm
unable to explain to her why:
(a) Why she shouldn't use formatted (HTML) -- she feels that she should be

I have tried troubleshooting (turning off one at a time, replacing order,

LDAP Server not working

I keep getting messages related to timeouts, and too many hits, when I try
to search my LDAP directory service with Entourage. This worked at one time
then stopped working the other day. I am not hooked up to an Exchange
Server, so I don't have those issues. The LDAP seems to be working when I
use Mail or Thun ...

Error Message 441/ stop message

I made a mistake and sent a message to someone in newsgroup mode, I have
this error message 441 illegal newsgroup I don't want to send this I just
want this error message canceled I tried deleting it but it comes back. How
do I stop this error message from popping up.

Entourage 2004: Move to Folder Names

I am migrating from Entourage X to 2004 and have noticed that the drop down
list for Move to Folder when a message is highlighted all end in (On My
Computer). Uh, where else would it be? And, it is quite eye bending to look
through a list with these tacked on to the end of each folder name.
