Conversion Mail app to Entourage

Greetings,
I'm a new Mac user and want to switch my Apple Mail.app mbox file over
and convert it for use in Entourage.
I'm sure I'm not the first person to encounter this. Is there an easy
solution?

How to target meeting responses with a rule?

I'm a recent mac convert, and so far, the only thing that I can't
figure out how to do is this:
Any time I send out an invite to a meeting, I like to know who's going
to be there, so I request a response by default. However, I don't
necessarily want 50 "Event accepted" messages to show up in my inbox.

HashMap equivalent in AppleScript?

Hi
I'm looking for the equivalent for a hash map data structure (aka
dictionary). There is a record but that seems to require hard coding the
name for the name/value pair eg I can have
set myrec to {name:"fred"}
But name cannot be a variable as far as I can tell.
Any help appreciated.

Error 17897 Authentication

Entourage does not support this type of authentication. Anybody ever see
this error? I am online in a hotel and am getting this error and cannot
send/receive mail.

Make Entourage signature appear after my reply to a message,
rather than at the bottom of a long thread of email

I'm using Entourage 2004 (11.3.3) and when I reply to something, my
signature appears at the bottom of ALL the text in the email thread. Is
there a way to place it at the end of my newly entered reply (whereby it
doesnt show up after all
E.g.
I receive:
"Body of text FROM customer. text text text. text ...
