Junk email problem

Entourage database problems.

Problem with sending from Entourage with an Exchange account

My Entourage is correctly configured to receive email, but when sending from
the Exchange account, I receive " smtp;554 5.1.0 Sender Denied"
There's no problem when using the webaccess.

I just switched over (I know I was going to wait but who knows) and I have a
question about one of the differences.
Can I turn off the ³protection² of not downloading pictures in my emails
that is for my own privacy?
Most of my emails come in and it is annoying to have to press the download

it to with the folder list on view and even if I open it it wont save!
