Entourage 2004 not getting free/busy data

My Environment: Exchange 2003 set to require ssl on public and Exchage
virtual directories.
I've got a MAC user who can't access free/busy data. He can see the public
folders though, and he can browse the GAL with no problems.

Hi
Email messages that have been moved into "Folders on My Computer" are
randomly moving into the "Outbox". I have checked to see if a rule
has been created within Mailing List Manager and Rules but there does
not appear to be any.
Can anybody please help?

I just upgraded from Office 2004 to 2008.
With Entourage 2004, I could connect to my Corporate exchange server without
needing a VPN connection. I pointed the exchange server and public folder
servers settings in account preferences to the server name of the webmail

USA.net hosted Exchange and Entourage 2008

my folder. I've checked every view option available, sync'd with my Exchange
