Outlook 2002 crashs

Every time one of my users opens "Other User's Folder" (specially the
calendar) outlook crashs.
I get an error 1000 in Microsoft Office 10, faulting module outllib.dll.

Just recovered from a serious viral/trojan attack. Now I can't run any of the
Office 2003 Professional applications. I get sometimes 5 quick successive
pop-up windows saying "Preparing to Install" that promptly close, and then a

Using Outlook 2003 on Exchange Server (for over 12 months).
A user drafted an email with bullet points. This was sent to another
internal user. On receipt the bulleted text had changed into gobbledegook.
Non bulleted text was fine. On investigation found the bulleted text had
changed to font Wingdings ...
