Domain Login Error

Hi All, here is my problem.
Daily, between 6 pm to 6:30pm, all PCs can not login to domain until
reseting the PC.It's a strange and funny problem.I can't find the sloution

Dnsapi errors

The above errors or warning appear in the event logs of our windows server
2003 file servers. We are a windows server 2000 domain. It appears that
these servers are not registering dns and ipconfig register dns is not
working.
