I have a MacBook Pro with all the updated software (OSX 10.4.10)
I have had to reinstall my printers both worked fine 3 hours ago, but now
when I ?add a printer¹ I get the 50 error: Error in user parameter list
(-50)" (minus 50)
I looked up on the apple support web area:

Hi There
Like many other Apple users ICHAT is causing grief in the form of the -8
error when trying to initiate a video chat.
I read somewhere that disabling UPNP on the router may fix it.
Has anyone else had this problem happen and has anyone been able to fix it
??? did UPNP make any difference?

Connecting Mac to Win2003 Server DC setup as File Server

Am trying to connect a new Mac to a Win2003 file server.
- Server has File & Print services for Mac running as well as AppleTalk
protocol installed
- Mac user is setup in AD same as Mac logon
- Folder is shared on server and is an NTFS volume.
- Server help says to add "Apple Mactonish Users" to the share per ...
