File Permissions Error on Script

I succeeded in writing and executing my first login script! It mounts
network volumes. It works fine if I login as Administrator. However, when
I login as a non-administrator I get this error:
"You do not have permission to open the application".
Do I need to change permissions? How?

Location of speech software

Does anybody know the location of the files concerning speech in Tiger.
I have and often used IBM's Via Voice on Panther, but on up grading to
10.4 the speech edition to the X system is hogging the microphone.
Possibly if I removed that addition then I might be able to use via voice
without sodding about wit ...

We are running Virtual PC 7.03 for Mac OS X on one of our Mac computers (Mac
PowerPC G4 800Mhz and 2GB RAM) and want to know if there is any tunings we
can perform in VPC7 to increase performance, such as compress the disk files
