This worked on my UK keyboard with Vista Ultimate, OS X 10.5.2 and RDC Beta
3, it may work other non-us keyboards/setups as well.
Try setting your keyboard layouts on both Mac and PC to U.S. This works for
me, # can then be accessed by Shift+3. This also stops the Shift+Arrow
madness and sticky Alt key problem ...

Beta 3 - UK Key Mapping (Hash and Alt Right Arrow)

Can anyone tell me how to get a Hash symbol with Beta 3 on a UK keyboard (which would be alt+3 on the Mac side).
Also I use Visual Web Developer 2005, whilst using Beta 2 I could use alt+Right Arrow for code completion, in Beta 3 this does not seem to ...
