RDC works for 2 mins then freezes for 2 mins then works for....

When I type in "host" name set up on desktop @ work(thru dsl extreme) on my
home "client" laptop (wireless using local hotspot) or thru my dsl extreme
phoneline account(dsl not available @ home) I get "server name specified is
invalid"?? What am I doing wrong or do I need to do something more than as

Function Keys

I use a software on my remoted desktop that requires the use of function keys. I use F9 and F11 often but these two keys are not working as they should. Other function keys do work but not these two. What are my options? Thanks! ...
