Duplicate Product Keys - changing product keys

Hi,
I installed 2 copies of Office on 2 different systems and erroneously used the same key twice. I have a "multi-licence" pack, so I have other licences.
The question is: How can I change the product licence key in one of the instances without uninstalling?
Or is my only option to uninstall and reinstall ...

I'm new to Mac so I may have made a basic error in removing the pre-installed Office 2004 TD & Office X on my Macbook (Leopard).
I used the Removal program in the 2004 folder, but today I checked in the Finder and it was still there! I re-ran the Removal software and it highlighted these 2 programs as ready ...
