I could swear that it used to be the case for me that when I hovered the cursor over a change or comment MS word would display the author of the particular change. That is not happening anymore. What gives? What do I need to change. ...

Drawing Toolbar

When I am using WordMac 2008, neither Insert>Pictures>Autoshapes nor
View>Toolbars>Drawing is available. The little rainbow circle just goes round
and round (the longest I have waited is about 20 minutes). Any suggestions?

Table of figures, how to ?

Hi,
I'm currently writing my thesis and have to insert figures in word. I insert
the figures from file (ex PDF), add a caption but then cannot create the
table of figures. I get the error message "no entry" ???? What am I suppose
to do???
I use word:mac, don't know which version exactly

Deleting

How do you delete to the end of a many page document without having to
highlight the entire pages that need to be deleted. I am looking for a
faster method. Perhaps the "F8" might work, but I am not sure how to use
that.
