Possible to sync two address books?

I have my work account (uses an Exchange Server) also set up so I can view my work email on Entourage.

copies of sent messages

How can I leave a copy of my sent messages in the appropriate mailbox? Or am I always going to have to 'cc' myself? I've tried preferences, settings, rules. Not sure what to do next...

entourage 12.1.5 update password problems

after the 12.1.5 update entourage lost all account passwords. the os x keychain is also empty after the update and entourage did not add the pass to the keychain.
