Entourage prompting me to "empty deleted items folder"

When I shutdown Entourage, I am asked to empty my deleted items folder.
However, I do not see any schedule in the Tools menu that stipulates this.
Could there be a schedule to empty the folder saved somewhere else ...

Setting appointments in Entourage

When setting up a new appointment in Entourage the time is changed i.e. I enter a time of 9a.m. and when it appears in my Entourage calendar is is 30 minutes earlier i.e. 8.30 a.m.

Incomplete email messages
