Entrouage Basic Folders Missing

Microsoft and Apple both released updates. I suggest not doing both updates
at the same time. If you have problems, then it will be easier to
troubleshoot one update at a time.
I did install Office 12.1.5 then OS X 10.5.6. I'm seeing no problems using
Entourage 12.1.5 with Leopard 10.5.6.
