Messages Removed From Server

Shared Calendar and categories

Hello,
Is there a way to synchronize categories on a shared calendar?
Like we have a sales shared calendar, can a user modify the shared calendar
and mark them with different categories and will it reflect on other user's
entourage when they open the shared calendar?

I use Entourage at work. When I open the Contact file in the Public Folder of my company's Exchange Account, I can get all of the contact information EXCEPT the Category Information does not come over (which it does for all of the Wintel users who open that file on their computers). Entourage Calendar missing appointments on sync

We are using Entourage 2008, and Exchange Server 2003.
When I sync my calendar, there are some apointments that don't show up when
I look at the Entourage Calendar. Yet, when I look at my outlook calendar on
our exhange intranet webpage, they all show up.
How do I get Entourage to see ALL my appointments?
