entourage - create a rule

Entourage Archives

In recent days I switched web hosting providers from Yahoo to Hostgator. So I
forwarded a number of my messages to my IMAP mail account that works through
Entourage 2004 and then archived it all to a file. How can I RESTORE this
archive to a separate identity so I can read the emails.
I need a step by step ...

Sound notification

Can someone please tell me why is the sound notification on my Entourage not
working? I have been to the Preferences - Notification area to test the
sound and even clicking on the sound icon doesn't help.
How and what can I do to remedy this?

Entourage was no longer downloading messages

I removed it and reinstalled it. Now when I try to start entourage I get the message" the identity cannot be opened with this version of entourage".
I have no idea what to do from here.

Entourage Databse problems

Are there still sync services conflicts

As far as I know the conflicts that happen in Entourage have not been
rectified. I find that if I enable more than one module my calendar
gets completely messed up. So I only have calendar enabled and it
sync's perfectly. Previously, if I enabled say addressbook or notes or

how 'from' appears in received emails

The answer to my question is probably very simple, but I can't figure
it out.
When one of my emails is received, the 'from' appears as John Palmer
User. How do I drop the 'User' from the email?
