Entourage (Office2008) will not print emails

Word will print (as will other apps) however emails from Entourage
will not.
No print dialog box comes up, nothing. Never gets to the printer
queue.
This is a new / full install on a new iMac.
All printers are set up and DO work with other apps, including from
Word 2008

Entourage and Syncing Exchange 2007

Have setup Entourage and it sync with Exchange with no problem, download emails stc.
What happens is that if the MacAir is left off for some period of time, IE, 2 weeks, when it goes back to sync exchange, it does not pick up all the messages, since the last sync.
