Msn not signing in..

My msn will open, the program itself will open okay, as i click sign
in all seems well but as i type in my details email address etc then
click sign in the program crashes leaving behind the error report.

Why can't I delete contacts?

Every time I have tried to delete a contact for the past two months
(MSN 6.0.3), i get an error message saying "The server was unable to
remove user. Please try again." Nothing I do will allow me to delete
the user. Why is this happening and what do I have to do to delete a
user?

I would like to know how to make parts of your name appear bold/italic in conversations, because it can be done on PCs by simply adding [i] for open italics, and [/i] for close italics. On the mac however, it just appears as you typed it. Any ideas? ...
