IE7 Slow Shutdown

When I shut down IE7 it will often take about 5 minutes to close during which
time there is major disk activity. On other occasions it will close
immediately but will leave an iexplore.exe listed in processes. Can anyone
explain this and suggest a resolution please?

Can't open Word from IE

I'm running IE 7.0.5730.13 and Word 2003 SP 3.
When I try to open a Word document from a link on a web page it tries but
fails...won't open in either Explorer or Word. No message...just a quickly
opening and closing window.
Using IE 6 from another PC I can open the same Word document from the same

Dialog box not showing in favorite

When I go in Favorites in IE7 and I chose one of the items, like for exemple
Links then I go on the arrow to see the dialog box that shows me the Item I

ActiveX.. Secure Remote Terminal Server

Hi anyone that can help.
I need to connect to my server at work using OSX , i can log onto Remote Web
Workspace, but cannot connect go further, it requires activeX to connect to
Application Sharing server (terminal server) can this be done on OSX with
Safari or do i require another browser / plug in.?

Cocoon errors with IE 6.0
