using a link from Fav's opens the window, any link, reduced. after expanding
and closing, links will again only open reduced. Can this be corrercted by
removing the .ini file in Fav's ? 7.01.6001.18000 ...

I have ie7 on vista.... when browsing in ie7, and click a link on the current
webpage, it opens a new window,,, i dont want that ... i cant find the
setting to stop that behavior...

IE7 fails to block reported phishing sites

I have reported many phishing site to IE7 (and 8). The blocks take many hours
to appear if at all (although they are fairly instant with other browsers
like firefox and opera), and I know that the sites I report have been
reported by Microsofts anti phishing partners.
