Trouble Connecting With EA Games

I just subscribed to XBL last night and can connect with Halo 2, PGR 2, ESPN
NFL 2K5 but not with Burnout 3 or NCAA Football 2005. I did some research
and it seems that EA servers will randomly give people connection problems.
I don't receive any error messages it just never connects with those two

OK i just set up xbox live and i put in the communicator and everything works
except that when i talk nothing happens.I have a wireless controller.Is that
the problem.i cant hear anything anyone says and i dont think anyone can hear

okay okay my xbox is say something about being modified, and I did have my xbox taken to be fixed cause my kid broke the door on the xbox so we took in to be fixed, I don't think I had it modified unless the person that fixed it did something to it, but now I can't get on xboxlive and its maken me mad tell me how ...
