Head phone setup for Xbox/360

Madden Connection Problem

When playing Madden on 360 live, I cannot challege an oppenent. When I try
to challege someone to a game, the bottom of the screen says "accessing" and
it will not let me connect. If someone challeges me, everything is fine.
Not sure what the problem is? ...
