new console makes loud drive noise

Just bought a new xbox 360. The dvd drive makes loud seeking noise while
playing games.
Is this something that can be fixed by microsoft, perhaps by swapping in a
quieter dvd drive?

RE Red light Fix

Hi All,
I might be missing something, but I have had a 2 red light with error code
E74 and i think the other was 1022.
But anyway i looked it up and its a GPU Problem, i done the AV cable check,
that's fine.
is there a easier fix for this? I had it on for about 2/3 minutes checking
the error codes ...

Installing to HD and still getting unable to read disk (asinine implement)

OK, I finally decided to install a game to the hard drive I only have a
20gb and there was 11mb free. The drive is crap and is constantly
kicking disks as unreadable. So I figured I would try and install Madden
09 on the HD. I realize it needs to see the disk in order to play but ....

I have an xbox at home and we have one in the office. Over the christmas
holidays i may have to come in and do some cover. My question is can i bring
my hard disk from my home xbox and use it on the one in the office so i can
