XBOX 360 video issues - did the video card burn out?

I'm playing NHL08 on my XBOX 360 when the colors suddenly go nutty on me.
It's like someone flipped a switch and suddenly I'm working with old late
80's VGA colors. The ice is yellow, and everything is slightly warped
color-wise... but the action on the ice is as smooth as ever. No change
there. No change to ...

Video Files M4V extension

I can not see videos with the M4V extension on my XBOX 360 with media
sharing. I can see/play the files with the MP4 extension. I have made sure
all of my registry entries are correct. I am running Vista X64. I had

Seriously, it has English everything if you switch over to an english
account after downloading it off the JPN marketplace, so why isn't it
also on the English marketplace?

GTA 4 500 Xbox Live Points & Gamerpics

I got 500 xbox live points with my copy of GTA 4 to use in Autumn 2008 to
download new content for the game.
I have heard that these points expired on the 30/06/2008. Can anyone
confirm this?
Why does the packaging say they can be used in Autumn if they expire in
Summer?
