Reset Xbox360 to factory default?

Hello again,
Being a Xbox360 noob still, was wondering how I reset my Xbox360 to
factory default?
Not talking about running the initial set-up again from the system screen,
have stuff on the system I don't want anymore and want to start over like it
came out of the box.
Any help?
