distorted main menu on Zoo Tycoon 2

HELP!!!! I have just bought Zoo Tycoon for my daughter and it seemed to
install ok.
When I click on the shortcut to run the game it goes fine through the
opening logo films and then the point where the main menu comes on screen
seems to be only in the middle of the screen with a pale blue edging at each
side ...

Zoo Tycoon Complete - Carnivore Zoo Scenario
I am having problems with getting my Spotted Hyena habitat above 83
suitability. Happiness is 100. The Zoo keeper reports that the exibit is
"suitable" for the animals in the exhibit. Tried everything including
changing items in the exhibit and resizing it. ...

I remember vaguely reading (somewhere) about "wind chimes" meaning an animal
is healed. I am hearing (what sounds like) the strumming of a banjo - often.
I cannot find out what this means...any ideas?

I have encountered this problem in a new zoo with only 2 exhibits. I have

Installing "saved" games/maps/zoos?

Good morning Newsgroup,
I am attempting to install downloaded "saved" games/maps/zoos into my
Zoo Tycoon 2 folder on my cpu.
This "saved" games/maps are .RAR files containing ".z2s" files. I am
aware that my Microsoft Games/Zoo Tycoon 2 folder does not contain any
".z2s" files. It does contain ".z2f" file ...
