Installing FSX on Dell Computer

I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with 2.8 GH processor and 512 mb ram, not sure
about video card, but successfully run FS 2004 presently. I see FSX requires
"video card of at least DirectC 9.0ccompliant with 32 mb of ram and support
for hardware transformation and lighting." I have Windows XP running on SP2.

Hi,
I am new to FSX and when flying the Redbull Race the options for recording
and instant reply are not available. To I have 2 questions.
1. How do i enable these options when flying the mission?
or
2. How do I free fly the redbull race so that I can record and instant reply?
