Does someone have an answer for the following?:
I have been flying with FSX (deluxe edition) for about a year now. I
recently decided to install the SP1 patch to FSX to improve overall
performance of simulator. I installed SP1 in a "clean" FSX install (I had no

This is what I get trying to install the first disc: "Error 1311. Source
file not found: C:\Program\Flightsim X\D2Feat~1.cab. Verify that the file
exists and that you can access it."
What's the story?

I read your posts below, but for a novice can some one give me the 'how to
correct this fault for dummies' version? I am frustrated because now when I
attempt to uninstall or reinstall it tells me;
The windows installer service could not be accessed. This can occur if you
are running windows in 'Safe Mode' ...

I've had FSX Since day one, but none of my local video game retails seem to
have the FSX Expansion pack anywhere, Did I completely miss or did it never
reach our shores?

Slew problems

Still using FS9 - when I go into slew mode the aircraft keeps turning around
and around, and not even responding to pedals/yoke input. Seem to remember
there was some sort of tweak available in FS9.cfg . Would really appreciate
some input on this.
