On project load Sorta Safe attempts to check out file for edit

This is annoying -- I've got source safe integrated with VS 2005 and
it's set to NOT get new files on load. Whenever I try to load my MDI
project it requires me to check out for edit this one form (not the
main parent form).
Anyone have any idea why this would happen? It is beyond annoying.

VSS 2005 with IIS7

Hi, I keep coming across this problem, but no answers.
Setup VSS on vista, which is fine, but it doesn't recognise IIS7 so can't
deploy the internet web services for remote access.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Disallow Certain File Types is SourceSafe

I am looking for a way to disallow certain file types from being added
to the SS database. For example, if I didn't want any files with the
extension *.amsreg allowed in the SS DB. Besides asking people not to
do this, is there a programmatic way to accomplish this? Thanks.
