Unable To Install VS2008 SP1 on Vista

I have tried a bunch of times to install VS2008 SP1 on my Vista Machine w/out
anyluck.
-I ran the the VS2008-PatchRemovalTool-x86.exe
-Disabled the windows sidebar during installation
-I also tried doing the install from the command line with the /log switch

Compiler Driver Error

Hello,
This problem just started occurring with a project I have been building
successfully for days. When building with VisStudio 2008
from the command line, I am getting a crash error titled "Microsoft C/C++
Compiler Driver". This happens very consistently on the 18th .c or .cpp
module being compiled.

Cab Project: Microsofts OSD.DTD missing

Hello everybody
I added a "Cab Project" in Visual Studio 2005. Then linked the project
output of a class library project" to it. Only this.
The built CAB File contains an OSDFB4.OSD file and the dll. The OSD file

website, then created a DVD install, but when it tries to run i got "is not a
