Just a question: Best tool on the market?
Mon, 13 Jun 2005 08:35:42 +0200
What do you guys think is the best tool on the market for help authoring?
Issue is that we run into tremendous problems. We use Innovasys and the
experience is "mixed". From slow (takes easily 10 times as long as ndoc) to
limited integration (source control, for example) we are not satisfied. We
looked at ...

Tue, 7 Jun 2005 14:58:01 -0400
Has anyone managed to convert a chm file to MSHelp2 and make the mappings
work properly?
The documentation (shown below) is pretty skimpy on this, including the
format. Any pointers or samples would be welcome.

Anyone using RoboHelp and VSHIK/FAR?
Sun, 5 Jun 2005 20:34:03 -0700
I'm working on a help project that will integrate into Visual Studio 2003.

writer do it in RoboHelp. I'd rather use the RoboHelp method, but I'm
having a problem--my writer can't get the Visual Studio look and feel in
RoboHelp. MGTEK ...

Messed up VStudio Help
Thu, 2 Jun 2005 15:39:17 -0700
While playing around with the FAR H2 utilities, I think I unregistered the
Help that goes with Visual Studio. I no longer had any help in there at
all.
Using the H2 Utilities and re-registering the Microsoft stuff, I've been
able to get the Visual Studio .NET and MSDN Library back in it, but haven't
