VS2005 project will not load - Windows Mobile platform issue

I am trying to open a solution that was created on a different PC using Windows XP 32 bit and VS2005.
I get this error:
"The project consists entirely of configurations that require support for platforms which are not
installed on this machine. The project cannot be loaded."

Mouse Scroll Wheel Zoom

In other applications I can use (ctrl + scroll wheel) to zoom text in
and out but can't find any option in VS2005 or VS2008 to use this.
Does it exist in the IDE?

I have just noticed a problem with my VS2005 professional installation - I
don't seem to have the option to create a new solution. I can create a new
project, which creates a .sln file, but cannot add more than one project and
create a solution. In VS2003 there is the option on the File menu New/Blank

Trying to add to the toolbar.

I'm trying to add a flash object to the toolbar in VS 2005. Everybody says
to open the toolbar and right click to add element. But that's not an
option.
How do I add flash to my toolbar for a windows app?

Scroll bar in VS 2008 properties window

Is there any way to stop the stupid behaviour which causes the property
window to "Centre" the properties. I often put many controls on a page
and then want to name them. When I click each one the property window
then "Centres" the properties and I have to scroll to get to the name.

I've been using Visual Studio (2005 Pro) at work, but not extensively.
Now I am planning to get a copy of Visual Studio 2008 for use at home.
Originally I assumed that I would want the Professional version, but
after looking at the product comparison on the Microsoft web site, I
don't see that the Pro vers ...

VS2008 SP1 Crazy Toolbox

Hi
I've just upgraded to SP1. I noticed that all of the standard controls in
the toolbox where repeated. Now when I reset the toolbox another set of the
same controls are added. I currently have 5 lots of the same controls and I
can't see anyway to fix it.
Where does VS store the config for the toolbox? ...

VS2008 SP1 - toolbar changes not saved!

I recently installed SP1 to VS 2008 Professional Edition, and also the
free Axialis icon editor (possibly irrelevant).
Now I find that changes I make to toolbar buttons (adding/removing
etc.) do not persist between sessions. The Axialis add-in toolbar
insists on displaying at all times and deselecting it d ...

For those who have OutOfMemoryException in VS2008...

... just delete .SUO solution file.
Mine was about 49Mb, and it caused VS to use 3Gb+ of virtual memory, very
long times opening and closing the solution, along with many
OutOfMemoryException errors.
