How to enable bscmake

I'm trying to get a new command-line project to build the browse information
in Visual Studio 2008. When I go to the project properties/configuration
properties/general, I don't see any setting to Build Browser Information.
How do I get the bscmake to generate the .bsc file?

I am not sure if this discussion group is the right one.
We have a very annoying problem with VSDMI files. Every time a developer
opens the Test Explorer (just opens) in VSTS the VSMDI file gets checked out
and LOCKED AUTOMATICALLY in TFS. Then if another developer opens the Test

Stationary

I've been reading other postings about stationary. Am I to understand that
the stationary that I downloaded into my Wndows Vista E-mail is not going to
show to most people receiving it even though it shows for me? I've tried
sending it to my own hotmail account and it comes up as an attachment??

MSDN installation

I Installed my VS Standard and although on CD says it includes MSDN libraries
when I go to help and search for contents nothing is installed in my
computer!
