Problems with developing Windows Mobile under Vista 64-bit?

I have an existing project that I can modify and deploy under VS2008 on Vista
32-bit. When I take that project and copy it to a Vista 64-bit machine with
VS2008 and all the same libraries, SDKs, etc., I have problems with my DLLs.

VS2008 macros have stopped working

Hello,
My VS2008 macros have stopped working. The macros are not showing up as
having any error in the macro IDE. Even recorded macros are not working.
When I try and run them the VS .net macro icon appears very briefly in the
system tray and then goes away again.

Parsing VS2008 solution and project files

I have a Winform .NET 3.5 app that needs to read/parse VS2008 (and later)
solution and project files.
Can I use parts of the the VS 2008 SDK, rather than writing my own
hard-coded parsing? Something that might be somewhat more independent of
future changes to the file formats?
