VS 2008: first missing ATL, now missing table templates. Whatta!

VS 2005 has a nice way of quickly inserting a table by selecting a template.
For whatever reason, this functionality has been removed in VS 2008 - the
Insert Table dialog box does not even have an option to choose a template.
Who in his right mind would come up with such an improvement!

processing bloomberg invoices for terminals and services

we are a small company and i have the task of writing a system that imports
the invoices bloomberg sends us in csv format. The process seems really
inadequate - the invoices contain bits here and there and are spread over 9
different files (we have 9 sub companies).

Slow compile

I have a VS2008 Team addition on XP SP2
I am developing DotNetNuke website and if I change any code file it takes
very long time to compile, more than 5 minutes.
As if it was re-compailing every file. Does anyone know how to stop / fix
this or what is causing this?

My Visual studio 6 crashes all the time (10 times a day)
It happends while I run my application in debug mode.
I'm using Visual studio 6.0 sp3 - and I can not upgrade it.
