Word Add-in remains in memory when Word shuts down

My Word-Addin adds a new menu item at the menubar with a couple of extra
options(opening custom-templates). I'm using VSTO 2005 and Word 2003.
When I close down Word and start it again there are two menu-items at the
menubar. It looks like the shutdown-event is'nt working properly. I use this

Using search folders with user-property

I want to programatically create a "search folder" in outlook 2007 Add-in
which can contain mail-items. These mail items will be programatically
searched using the User-Propery of MailItem objects (which are also added
programatically).
How can I do it?
I'm using C# with VSTO technology.
