Programmatically getting latest files

Prior to a class, I would like to be able to run some utility or write code
for the utility that will pull the latest files and replace the ones I have.

i want to use either ss (vss command) or devenv.exe commandline parameter to
unbind a solution and project and want to build..
i dont want to use IDE (manual unbind)..
i dont want to open .sln and .csproj and manually edit .SAK lines....
