ASP.NET: Develop & Build from Labels on same PC?

Looking for some advice: I'm using a single machine for development & builds
etc. I need to add a little more structure to the project deployments so I'm
going to be versioning releases using Labels at the Solution (.sln) level.
That said, what's the recommended way to do builds in this setup? Should I

I just encountered some errors accessing a repository, so I ran
"analyze" on it. It ran for about three minutes, found problems, and
said that I should run it again using the "-F" option to fix things.

I create a Website project in VS2005 Beta2, and add it into VSS. I added
some references, and there is a folder named BIN, and VSS automatically
added it, but I don't want to add it in VSS.
please help me to exclude BIN folder from VSS.
