Hola.
En la compaia deonde trabajo ya tenemos muchos proyectos desarrollados y
deseamos vincular esos proyectos a VSS 2005.
no se como vincular esos proyectos al VSS2005 y que los programadores solo
tengan que abrir el proyecto desde la base de datos que crea el VSS2005
por favor ayuda.

vss diff / merge functionality from different SS databases

Hi
Does someone know if programmatically it is possible to diff / merge from
two vss databases
(for the same file, one database has the old versions) ?
or does one have to fetch a file copy from one as a temporary file, then do
the diff / merge ?

VSS 6.d does crash often since installed VSS2005

Was working with VSS6.d and Visual Studio 6 (VB) long time - no crash.
Installed VSS2005 (Client and Server) also on the same system.
Now maintaining old VB6 after 3 to 5 Checkouts/Checkins the whole VS6
environment crashes when comparing version or checking out or checking in
....

I'm reading an MSDN document "Structured Solutions and Projects", wherein it
is written that VSS folders should match local folders in a Team environment.
While I heartily agree, I cannot make it happen for a web project. Whenever
I add a solution from the VS 2003 IDE, I always get two folders beneath the ...
