Edit.GoToDeclaration vs. Edit.GoToDefinition

Can anyone tell me what the difference between Edit.GoToDeclaration and
Edit.GoToDefinition is? I've got the feeling Edit.GoToDeclaration is only
for C++, because it does nothing when I try to use it in a C# file.

The System cannot find the file specified

Hi all,
I am quite new to vs. I just unpacked a project *.rar from our vendor and
extracted all files to my c drive without creating a new folder. The solution
file has 10 projects.
But when I opened a *.aspx file of a project in vs 2005, the first line is
underscored with a blue wavy line:

I am porting a C++ solution from VS 6.0 to VS2008.
When I compile an .idl file "SMSrvr.idl" file I get the following error:

If you are working on a solution that has multiple projects and the visual studio is crashing or hanging (i.e upon loading of one of the projects in the solution) when trying to open the solution..
Now restart the visual studio and instead of loading the whole solution try loading the project that is being reason ...

The VB Intellisense does not show all controls, variables, etc, that starts
with the letter you just typed, as the C# Intellisense does.
Is there any settings, preferences, downloads or workaround to have it
working as in C# with VS 2005? Remember all names is almost impossible and

I get the following error trying to bind a set-up project:
This project cannot be bound to source control because some files in this
project are contained in folders that are bound, and whose binding is not
valid for this project.
Aall other projects are working property so far...
